How to get involved
Eden House is looking for volunteers to maintain contact with our network of community members via email, whatsapp and phone, for about 3 hours a week, and to assist with social media outreach. If you are people-oriented, comfortable with technology and communication, organised, proactive, and passionate about helping build Eden House, please get in touch. Relevant experience is not essential — guidance and support will be provided. Time capacity, strong administrative ability, reliability, and heart matter most. Our main priority at the start of this journey is securing and preparing a property where children can be welcomed into a safe, stable home environment.

Eden House has received both Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) and Section 18A approval from SARS. This means that qualifying donations to Eden House are tax-deductible and that we are able to issue Section 18A tax certificates to donors. Every donation now helps vulnerable children while also offering potential tax benefits to the donor.
